SOUTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of South Manheim Township will hold a public hearing on September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the South Manheim Township Municipal Building, located at 3089 Fair Road, Auburn, PA 17922 to hear public comment on the following: An Ordinance amending the South Manheim Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) to revise the procedures governing qualifying lot annexation plans, authorize administrative review, repeal inconsistent provisions, and establish an effective date. Immediately following the public hearing the Board of Supervisors may decide to take formal action on the Ordinance. Any omissions from the Ordinance, as proposed, will be supplied at the time of adoption of the Ordinance, if the Township shall determine to proceed.
