LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Public Meeting of the South Manheim Township Board of Supervisors to be held on December 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Township Building located at 3089 Fair Road, Auburn, PA 17922, the Township will consider and take action upon an Ordinance titled as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH MANHEIM, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AT THE MAXIMUM RATE PERMITTED BY PENNSYLVANIA LAW PURSUANT TO ACT 94 AND SECTION 606 OF THE SECOND CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE

Any omissions from the Ordinance, as proposed, will be supplied at the time of adoption of Ordinance, if the Township shall determine to proceed.
