Be notified that the South Manheim Township Zoning Hearing Board will convene a hearing, and/or render a decision, on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the South Manheim Township Municipal Building at 3089 Fair Road, Auburn, PA 17922, on an application filed by Kevin and Denise Soellner relating to 29 W. Jefferson Lane, Auburn, PA 17922, being Tax Map 28-06-0046.000, which is located in the I-Industrial District.  The nature of the matter to be considered at the hearing, and/or which will be the subject of the decision, is whether the applicants are entitled to a special exception, and/or a variance(s), to place a garage (accessory use) on the property pursuant to Section 930.25 of the Zoning Ordinance, and obtain relief from various setback requirements pursuant to Section 940 of the Zoning Ordinance.
